GovCIO is currently hiring for a Change Manager to support modernizion efforts. This position will be loced in Hampton, VA Joint Base Langley-Eustis and will be a fully onsite position.

We are seeking a Change Manager to work the intersection of innovion and precision, ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundion of clear and actionable, and well-managed requirements. This position is loced Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management stregies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes to processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizional structures
• Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points
• Cree and manage communicion plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans to support change initiives
• Provide training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to help navige transitions effectively
• Collabore with project teams and departments to integre management activities with project plans and ensure smooth implemention
• Monitor and evalue change adoption, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues affecting the change scope, schedule, or quality
• Act as a coach for leaders and executives, helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors 
• Excellent communicion and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

High School with 9+ years (or commensure experience)

Required Skills and Experience

Clearance:  TS/SCI Eligibility

• Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements
• Familiarity with agile and werfall methodologies
• Proficiency with requirements management tools

Preferred Skills and Experience 

• Certificions
  • PROSCI
  • PMP
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• ServiceNow understanding and experience
• Lifecycle Management experience
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certificion (Security+ CE,CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND)
