1997 Capri 22 Sailboat. Wing keel - draws only 2'8". Many sails - Like new main and jib, others various ages, includes spinnaker and spinnaker gear. Swim ladder. Has brand new (less than 3 hours) Tohatsu 6hp outboard with alternator to charge battery. New battery, shore power connection. Great little boat for harbor and river day sailing or weekend on the bay. Reason for selling. Have larger boat and don't need two. JD Power average retail value 8000. Don't know how to sail? I am a licensed USCG captain and former American Sailing Association instructor. I can teach you how to sail and deliver the boat to your dock anywhere in the southern bay (South of the Potomac R.)
