Located in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake, Taylor’s Variety Spot is a family-owned, independent nerd and geek collectible thrift store specializing in retro toys, pop culture memorabilia, and nostalgic treasures. We are interested in evaluating vintage action figures and toy lines from the classic era of Saturday morning cartoons and iconic toy shelves.
We are especially seeking items from:
• Transformers
• G.I. Joe
• Masters of the Universe
• Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
• ThunderCats
• Other recognizable or lesser-known toy lines from the 1980s and 1990s
All conditions are welcome. Whether your items are factory sealed, opened, displayed, played with, or stored away for years, we are happy to review them.
As a mother-and-son operated independent business, we provide fair, transparent evaluations and offer competitive in-store credit or trade options toward merchandise throughout our store—allowing collectors to turn unused items into something new for their collection.
