I'm a 45 year old retired male Marine. I'm getting on a workout routine aimed to add overall muscle and strength. Not long workout sessions, but effective. Maybe 2 days a week. Starting from scratch. New to the area so will be looking for a base gym. If anyone is looking to do something similar and would be interested in a team effort I'm in.
