Need to move to Hampton Roads in December (flexible). Wife is a SUPPO on a ship and is transferring. We have a 3 bed 2 Bath brand new house (2006) that we want to retire in someday. It is in perfect condition with a land preserve in front AND rear with a play-park off the backyard. The house is in a great PUD called Victoria Lakes with the pool, party facilities, Top Notch schools and only 20 mins to Mayport. Suburban bliss. Our house is also located on a play park for 10 and under kids and the bus stop is at the end of the street. Also we are Great friends with the folks all around us who are mostly Navy JO's and Chiefs so you will get many of the benefits of Housing (think babysitting swap!) w/o the hassles of on base living. We will pay the mortgage and the HOA for you and you just enjoy.
You: Are in the same boat, can't or don't want to sell and need to move to Jacksonville / Mayport. You pay YOUR mortgage.
