We are staying in the Wellington Apartments in the Churchland section of Chesapeake! The rent is a flat $360 a month which includes all utilities & internet. The room is a bit small, 10 x 10 but has a decent closet and a half bathroom that we don�t really use that can be predominantly yours. $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT will be required at time of move-in, it will be returned to you upon moving out if you give us 30 days notice as well as leave the room in the condition you found it.

The main thing to remember is that you are renting a ROOM. You are paying a significantly less amount than we are. You are welcome to use the living room, kitchen etc. as long as you do not abuse those privileges or become entitled! We had some issues in the past with a roommate who, although she was paying less than us, felt she should be able to use our tv in the living room every single night and leave the kitchen a mess. We do not mind our things being used at all, but just be respectful. J Living areas should be left as you found them! I don�t expect you to ever clean as far as cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, vacuuming etc., I will do those things myself, but just clean up your own messes that you make! This means no dishes left in the sink, if you spill something, CLEAN IT UP, etc. We also keep the apartment very cold, so if you prefer it being warmer, need not apply or buy a small heater, lol.

There will be NO SMOKING in the apartment, but drinking responsibly is fine. No drugs, either. Unfortunately we do not have pets at the time, either. Any guests need to be cleared beforehand. As far as personalities go, we are both fairly quiet, we both drink occasionally but nothing very crazy. We are there to be your roommates, not your best friend basically. We would like to get along, but we don�t want to be pressured to spend all our time in the apartment with you (had an issue with that with the last girl as well). We think that a quiet, possibly gamer male (we are both slight nerds and gamers, lol) would work best with us, but non-catty females may respond as well.

Rent is due TO THE APARTMENT COMPLEX ON THE 1ST. This means you need to get your payment to me BEFORE the 1st, not ON it!

About me, I am a single 29 year old male who works full time at one job and part time at another. I don't have any pets or children to worry about. I have a large (recently remodeled) kitchen (w/pool table) that you will have full access to, along with washer and dryer in the garage. I am looking for somebody that is clean and doesn't mind helping out with the household chores. I have had bad roommates in the past who didn't really help out much, and am trying to avoid those ones. Rent can be paid once a month or split up to twice a month if that is easier for you.
