I'm looking for a young professional or mature student to share a brand new two bedroom, two bath luxury condo right in Ghent. Within walking distance to Colley Ave, 21st St., five minutes to EVMS, five minutes to ODU, and 15 minutes to Naval Station.
You'll get the spare bedroom (10x10) with lots of closet space and your own bathroom. The room has some furniture in it but it can be taken out if you have no need for it. The place also has a washer and dryer that you get to use along with my own wifi signal and cable. You will also get a reserved parking space in the gated parking garage. The building is very safe and access to the building is controlled by key cards and a entry system. The neighbors are pretty cool for the most part. They are mix of EVMS people, students, young professionals, military officers, and some retired folk.
I'm a laid back 28 year old Naval Officer. I work at the Naval Support Activity. I don't smoke but drink occasionally.
The rent is $800 that includes all utilities. The place is great and I love living here.
