I am willing to share my townhouse with someone who fits the above. We split the cable / Internet / water/sewage/sanitation and electric bills. The price includes this. You will be required to sign a "Lease" It's an agreement that you will pay your part of the bills on time each month as agreed. This room will be available May 15th.
