$725 Lynnhaven Shores- 1/2 block off the beach - (VA Beach- Lynnhaven Shores)
My roommate is moving out on June 1st after being here a year as she is moving down to the oceanfront to be closer to friends. Once she is out, I will get the room cleaned up.
I own a 2 story 3 bedroom 3 bath condo that is 2000 sq ft. You will have the 2nd floor to yourself and it ia a very large bedroom (enough space for king size bed plus furniture), an attached bathroom, a large walk in closet, and a balcony of the bedroom. You would have use of the living space and washer and dryer. This is in a gated community and there is an outside shower to clean up coming back from the beach. The path to the park is not far at all as you just have to cross Shore Drive.
Therefore, I am looking for a new roommate that is responsible and clean and somewhat close in age within reason. I am a rather quite 35 year old professional male that is an involved in a number of activities outside work, but I do work from home at times. If you are looking for a party house this is not is not it as I work a lot of hours and get up early on weekends for races several times on month. No smoking, No pets.
Rent is $725 a month and includes everything but phone and internet. Security Deposit is $500 and is refundable. If you don't have the rent and security deposit to move in, don't waste your time or mine. Rent and security deposit is non-negotiable. I will not rent to you until I meet you in person.
I am easy to get along with for the most part as I have had 3 good roommates since I have been here and do not plan to break the string.
