Hey guys, I have 2 unfurnished rooms for rent located in Riverwalk in Chesapeake. One is a master suite with its own bath inside the room and a walk-in closet. Rent is $700 and utilities are included. The second room is for $600 and is next to it's own bath as well. I live in a 3 bdrm 3 full bath condo so everyone has their own bath. Makes it very private. The only other charge is $50 for the extremely high condo fee which is over $200 a month. $50 is pretty cheep for utilities, but a little bit would help me out a lot. I do have a Master Master suite with two walkin closets, a full bath with separate jetted tub and full glass shower, and vaulted ceilings with a remote ceiling fan w/ light, that I will rent to those who want something a little nicer than a plain room. It would be rented for $850. Still, not so bad considering your not just renting a room, but the whole condo.
I am actually opening my place up, Saturday, May 10, to anyone who wants to just come and look at the place. You can just show up around 10am-1pm. Sorry, it's a short timeframe.
