Boyfriend and I are moving into a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath detached condo in Great Bridge area on June 1st and need renters for the 2 spare bedrooms in the house. He is 26 and I am 30. We are laid back and very easy to get along with. We would need at least a 12-month lease signed and one-month's rent up front for deposit. Utilities are separate and cable/internet will be provided. We will have all the major appliances. Pets are welcome as long as they are house-trained.
