I own a 3br/2.5ba townhouse. I am renting one of the bedrooms/bathrooms. The room is good size with a walking closet. You will be the first person to occupy and use both the bathroom and bedroom since this is brand new construction that I bought 4 months ago.
The monthly rent will be $600 plus half electricity, or a flat monthly payment of $650; all other utilities (water, cable tv and high speed internet included). Monthly rent includes the use of all the appliances (washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all kitchen and living room appliances (I have HDTV)).
Candidates must be male professional/student between the ages of 21-30. You would need to provide proof of income/references. Sorry no pets, no couples, no children, no drugs, no alcoholics. Outside smokers welcome.
