Looking for a responsible, well-adjusted roommate to share a furnished condo 3.5 blocks from the ocean in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, from June 1st, 2008 until May 31, 2009.
Own bath, own bedroom, own parking space.
No pets. Non smoker preferred.
$595 monthly + 1/2 electric (averages $50 per month) + 1/2 cable TV ($7 per month). Water, gas & sewage included.
Condo is 3 floors:
1st= entrance & storage
2nd= opens into a Florida room, storage room & washer/dryer to the left, living room, kitchen and dining room, broken up by a dual sided fireplace. Two bedrooms lie backed up to Beach Garden Park.
3rd= deck with 360 degree views.
