Hi, I have a 2 story 3 bedroom house in Kempsville to share w/ you. As of right now, one of the rooms is being used as an office, so its more like 2 bed rooms & its just me living here alone, I am a 20 yr old female model.
The room for rent has 2 closets and a balcony off of it. You also can have your own bathroom which is located right next to the bed room. The room is semi- furnished right now (including a tv & dvd player) & you can use it, but if you have furniture I can take it out for you.
The House has a large living room & den, a dining room, kitchen w/ dish washer, laundry room w/ washer and dryer, a garage w/ drive way, balconies, a built on porch deck, big fenced in back yard w/shed, 3 rooms, 3 bath rooms, lots of closets.
I am looking for someone who is reliable & drug free. Military is a plus (but not required).
