$125 per tenant w/ utilities included.
I have a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 blocks from BEACH! with washer and dryer that I am willing to rent out to exchange students for the summer. I am also a student thats trying to get through school and 2 jobs so I'm hardly home. House has 42 inch tv, cable, high speed internet, 4 piece leather couch, stove, and refrigerator. Rent is due first day of move in, and ever week after that. Not a party house but quiet partys are okay. Cleanliness is very important also.
You must provide your own bedding.
You must provide your own transportation. (I can give rides from time to time.)
You may have to share a room with another student.
No Pets.
