It's a peaceful, homey enviroment, casual, laid back. House is tidy & clean,prefer a roomate who will take care of things too. Share electric and basic cable, what's included is garbage, sewer, water. Must pay bills on time. I prefer to live with someone without addictions to alchohol or drug use. Smoke outside. No wild party/bar types. Street parking. Christian home, not perfect by any means, but I try to be helpful and thoughtful and I am not an intrusive person. I do listen to Christian music often...so if you think you are compatible, call and we can meet and talk. I really hope this will be a positive experience for both :)
