I am a 53 y.o., single, professional female looking for a responsible working person to share my 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. I am looking for a single independent roommate who cleans up after himselve(herselve) and is considerate and respectful of others belongings and privacy. I am pretty easy going and maintain a fairly quiet, low key home. Unfortunately, I have an allergy for pets; therefore, no pets are allowed.
Apartment is located near the intersection of Rosemont Road & Virginia Beach blvd.
It's a spacious brand new 2 bedroom apartment in the luxury apartment complex. I live in master bedroom, and the guest bedroom is for rent. It is 11x11, big enough to place a bed, dresser, and table. The room has a big closet and some furniture.
$400/month rent. $100 security deposit. You also pay 1/2 utilities (cable, power, electricity, water).
