Need a place to live for the summer at ODU? Me and my friend have a house on 49th street across from the quads that we need to rent either one or two of the bedrooms out to fun, open-minded responsible college students. It's a 3 story, 5 bedroom, 1.5 bath house with AC, nice hardwood floors, a big backyard (with a bar). You could move in June 1st (thats when we're moving in) and stay to the end of August.
*We're open to having you stay for a year or however long you need housing for if you're really in need of a place to stay because we need at least 2 more roommates for this house
