Hey my name's Andy, I'm a student at TCC. My current roomate is moving out by the end of April so I'm looking for someone to share the place with from May through the end of my lease on August 10.
The apartment has Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer & dryer, full kitchen w/ microwave, dishwasher, oven etc. the room for rent does not come fully furnished, but you can use my dresser if you'd like.
The rent is 545 each before utilities, which usually run about $100
I have Cox digital cable and internet and a good sized TV as well.
