Looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bdr 2 1/2 bath home. Charging $650 for rent plus utils. I am the only one living in it and the person that moves in will have access to two bedrooms. The bigger bedroom is a loft bedroom. We have access to a pool, during the summer and tennis courts. Minutes to I-264 and close to Town Center, Mt. Trashmore and running trails. The home is in a cul-de-sac and I have great neighbors. It is a very clean house with new carpet throughout. Enclosed garage for extra storage and workout room, nice backyard with patio and grill, and newer washer and dryer. Centrally located to all bases. Rent will be due on the first of the month. Room is available now.
I want a responsible, clean, trustworthy, and reliable roommate. No drama please and no pets are allowed. Drugs are not allowed so if you do them please keep moving.I am military and I do not need that kind of trouble. Not a huge partier but like to entertain family and friends.
