I have a 4 br 2 ba house and I am wanting to rent out one of the two down stares rooms.
Im looking for a single male or a couple to move in. Military perfered but all are welcome.
Vary big house although it really dont look like it. Big yard in back with a shed.
I have a security system on the house to protect the stuff inside the house.
This is not a party house but I due have BBQ's once in a while with friends, but this is not a party house.
im asking for $500 in rent everything included with a $500 deposit and split the food every month but can work anything out.
the bed rooms are not furnished.
Pets are ok but i need to know what it is first.
Im not really home much due to work and try to always keep a really clean house.
