I have a fully furnished room available. Twin size bed but can be moved so you can bring your own furniture. I am a single mother and my child and I are gone M-F 8am-8:30pm. My son is gone on the weekends and my only day off is Sunday. 425.00 includes everything except for food. We are rarely home except to sleep. No rules really apply as we are really easy going people...the only thing we ask is for neatness in the common areas...your room is your business:)...
