My roommate is moving home and now I need a new one. Room is available for move-in on 12/23.

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Pembroke/Towncenter area. The room for rent has its own private, attached bathroom and a walk-in closet. Also, there's a washer & dryer set in the apt, a balcony and a wood burning fireplace.

I have 2 cats (they are adorable and the max# allowed here) so please don't be allergic :)

Rent is $500 + half of all utilities (water, electric, cable & high speed internet-usually an additional $120). Security deposit is $150. Smokers are fine, male or female. Please be reasonably neat and clean, trust-worthy, responsible (AKA an adult) and fairly easy-going.
