I'm a 23 yr old SBF. I work full time. I have 2 rooms available in my 3bed/1.5ba townhouse near the Salem area of Va Beach. This is SHORT TERM only- available through the end of Feb, maybe mid March. First month's rent due at move in. Move in now and pay prorated Nov rent. MUST always have full rent on 1st of the month. Utilities and basic cable included in rent- no internet. These bedrooms are not big and are unfurnished. I have an extra twin size bed if needed.
You have full house privileges- kitchen, W/D, small backyard. Please contribute to household items (tissue, dish detergent, etc) and purchase your own groceries. Also, I don't tolerate people who refuse to clean up after themselves. Other than that, I'm very easy to get along with. I'm a night owl, but I'm respectful of quiet hours.
If considered:
--Couples- extra $100. Guests ok, as long as they are clean and respectful, but the "every night" overnight guest might as well be paying too.
--Renter with small child- extra $75
You would be expected to occupy one bedroom- again, it's not a huge space
--I have a big dog and a cat, both indoor pets. Other small pets might be considered- no other cats, please.
