Large room, shared large bath. bath has dual sink with marble counter top. ( Utilities include: ADT security, Cox internet (wireless modem), Direct TV, light, water & gas. Access includes: kitchen with bay windows, dining rm, living rm, laundry rm, fenced in back yard, front yard, 4 car drive way and 2 car garage. The house is over 2000sqft 3BR 2BA everything is a spacious. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. Extra closet if needed at no extra cost. Fresh carpet which is cleaned monthly. I have 3 dogs (2 chihuahuuas and 1 20lb cocker spaniel; must love dogs) they stay in the garage in a cage when I'm away and at night. Your welcome to use my cleaning supplies including laundry detergent and cooking seasoning . I am looking for someone that I get along with & who understand what it is to be military. I'm not requiring a friend, I just don't want to be strangers.
I also cannot accommodate children. Quiet neighborhood 8 mins away from portsmouth naval hospital. No couples. No smokers please. Male or Female ok. No extra dwn pmt just the rent needed.
