Looking for a drug, drama free, responsible, courteous individual to rent a room in my home. I posess all the same qualities and will completely respect your privacy. I don't like to throw or have any parties in my home. Small social gatherings or cookouts are fine. I would like the prospective roommate to pay $550/mo. and just help out with the electric and gas utilities. I will pay for the internet, water/sewage. Not sure what I want to do for cable as of yet. Of course roommate will have full rights to all common areas of the house. Images can be provided if you want. But it seems easier to email them because of the size restrictions Craigs List has. I'm not fond of cats or reptiles. lol But I will consider non aggressive dogs.
