The room has a seperate entrance, it measures 16X16 with a walk in closet and private bath. Renter has use of the washer/dryer/Hot tub/and main living area on the 2d floor. Meals can be discussed.
The home is located in the Pinewell by the Bay housing area at the end of Granby St. Prefer a non-smoking person. The room is wired for internet, Cable TV, and also a seperate phone hook up. Room is air conditioned with a fan in the room. This is a gay friendly household.
