Room is 12'X10' and freshly painted with a large closet with shelving, large windows, and ceiling fan. Room already has DirectTV connection and receiver. House also has hardwood floors, fireplace, and wireless internet. Renter would have access to all rooms in the house to include an office and the garage with washer/dryer. Large fenced in yard so pets are a possibility. I have 2 dogs and a cat that live in the house. I am a firefighter and have a part time job so I am gone more days then not. House is open and clean and looking for a roommate that is clean, down to earth, and respectable. $650/month utilities INCLUDED. No security deposit and month to month ok as long as 30 days notice given for leaving. ALSO...there is a full size bed in the room if needed and can be removed if not.
