A FREE workshop dealing with practical everyday issues from a Biblical perspective will be held in the Social Hall of the Court Street Baptist Church located on the corner of Court Street and London Blvd. in Portsmouth.

Subjects offered will include: Budgeting/balancing your checkbook/living within your means; Eating for Health: How to plan healthy and budget friendly meals/how to navigate the supermarket; How to set goals/organization/prioritizing your life; How to get into college/how to apply for scholarships/interviewing for a job – making a good impression.

The workshop will be offered the 3rd Saturday of every month from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm, excluding December, July and August. Everyone is welcome.

The November 21st workshop will deal with Nutrition and Shopping for Nutritional Bargains.
Learn how to read a label, understand why certain foods cause bigger health problems than others, find out how to feed your family healthy, nutritious meals, for less!
