A4. You would have to set an appointment up with us. However I would recommend driving by if you are in the area to check out apartment prior to viewing inside. No viewing inside until completed rental application has been submitted

Q6. How much is it to move in and how much is the deposit.
A6. The deposit is $750 and the first month’s rent of $750 is required prior to moving in.

A7. There are no utilities that are included in the rent. Besides the items listed above, Tenants will be responsible for utilities or other items they choose to have.
Q8. How soon can I move in & what does it take to move in?
A8. You can move in immediately. To do this, 1st drive by to view apartment. 2nd complete & return rental application. 3rd set appointment to view inside. 4th confirm agreement and move in.
