I am a 24 year old female looking for a personal trainer. I USED to be in great shape, but things have changed some. I have a two month time frame until I head off to Iraq and I'm looking for someone who can whoop my ass into shape, or better shape than I'm in. I'm in the Norfolk area and the only gym I have access to is the base. Please respond to my email soon and include your location and also how much you charge along with how many sessions. Thanks!
